The girls of Safari Schipperkes are truly the heart of our home. Each is valued for her individual character and cherished not only for the role she plays in shaping the future of our dogs, but for the presence she brings to our daily lives.
They are thoughtful, steady companions with sound temperaments and strong breed type, raised in a home where connection and trust matter as much as structure and health. As mothers, they shape more than the next generation — they pass along the confidence, stability, and heart that define our Schipperkes.
Merida embodies beauty and elegance on an entirely different level, completing her championship with ease and earning four major wins as if it were a walk in the park. Confident and self-assured, she is a natural ambassador for the breed, drawing attention through presence, quality, and balance.
Mischief is very much her middle name. Merida keeps us on our toes, possessing the reach and determination of an Olympic gymnast — anything within range is fair game. Too bossy for the girls and perfectly comfortable holding her own with the boys, she runs with them like an assertive little sister they indulgently allow to take charge. Her temperament, however, is as sound as they come. Merida loves outings, thrives on cuddles and affection, and absolutely lives for flying down the Fast CAT track, where her enthusiasm and drive shine just as brightly as her elegance.
Arden shares much of the same depth of personality and steadiness as her brother, Gus — an old-soul presence that is immediately felt. She completed her championship quickly, earning three major wins in just a few shows, a testament to her natural quality and consistency.
Like Gus, Arden is content simply being with her people. Her temperament is calm, sweet, and deeply grounded, the kind that brings a sense of ease wherever she goes. As a mother, she has proven to be exceptional — nurturing, protective, and always watchful, instinctively attuned to her puppies’ needs. This balance of sound temperament, quiet strength, and maternal devotion is something we value deeply, and Arden carries it beautifully.
Scouty has taken the long road to her championship, maturing at her own pace and coming into her own with time and patience. While she was slow to fully develop, she has matured beautifully, and now that she is truly ring-ready, she is stepping out to shine. Her recent four-point major win against a strong lineup of quality bitches is a well-earned reflection of that growth and consistency.
A self-assured and confident girl, Scouty carries herself with quiet assurance and a deep love for her family. She shares a special bond with Sydni, the two of them constantly palling around and clearly happiest together. As a mother, Scouty has been exceptional — steady, nurturing, and instinctively reliable, never giving cause for concern. At shows, she delights in attention, happily greeting admirers and soaking up affection, embodying both sound temperament and genuine connection.
Georgi is my constant companion — never far from my side and always tuned in. From the start, she has carried herself with confidence and presence, finishing her championship easily with three major wins. In the ring and out, she brings a sense of joy that is impossible to miss.
Her personality is pure hilarity. Georgi is endlessly expressive, frequently popping up like a little gopher to get my attention, and she approaches life with enthusiasm and confidence. She excels at Fast CAT, getting plenty of practice leading the races around the backyard — a role she clearly takes seriously, as she is always out front. She loves people, thrives on interaction, and brings laughter wherever she goes.
While Georgi has not yet had the opportunity to become a mother, she is very much fulfilled in her role as a companion, athlete, and unmistakable presence in our home. She leads the pack in spirit — and, quietly, in my heart as well.
Lexi was a beautiful, fun, and memorable puppy from the very beginning. She entered the ring in the 4–6 Month Puppy competition and immediately made her presence known, lighting up the ring and proving to be an absolute joy to watch. That early promise carried straight through — she finished her championship quickly with three major wins, so fast it felt like you blinked and she was done. She is still quite young in the photos here, a testament to just how effortlessly she completed her title.
Full of curiosity and humor, Lexi approaches life with enthusiasm and confidence. She is endlessly entertaining, always eager to investigate her surroundings and make sure she isn’t missing out on anything important. Affectionate to the core, she delights in greeting her people and has a particular fondness for lavishing attention — including her unique habit of enthusiastically “checking in” behind your ears, as if making sure you’re properly presentable. Lexi’s joy, intelligence, and playful spirit make her impossible to forget and a constant source of laughter in our home.
Navy is just beginning her show career, but she wasted no time making an impression, picking up a major her very first time out. Structurally sound with beautiful movement, she carries herself with ease and confidence, supported by a temperament that is as solid as it is steady.
Affectionately known as Navy Bean or simply Bean, she is wonderfully laid back at home — almost too calm to be a Schipperke. Her disposition is thoughtful and unflappable, a quality we deeply value. Navy enjoys her toys and treats, approaches life with quiet contentment, and still finds time to indulge in favorite pastimes like keeping an eye on squirrels, which remain high on her list of priorities. Her balance of soundness, movement, and temperament makes her an exciting young girl with a very promising future.
Bunnie has Spitfire right in her registered name, and she lives up to it in every way. She is our spicy girl — endlessly entertaining, quick-witted, and full of personality, with a never-say-die attitude she clearly inherited from her mother, Saffire. Bunnie keeps us laughing with her antics and brings energy and enthusiasm wherever she goes.
Currently rounding out her show career, Bunnie holds three major wins and is just three points shy of finishing. Petite in size but never in presence, she moves beautifully and confidently, holding her own effortlessly alongside much more accomplished dogs. Charming, funny, and fearless, Bunnie balances spirit with soundness and brings both joy and quality to everything she does.
Several young girls will be stepping into the ring in the coming year from Safari Stampede, and we’re excited to watch them begin their journeys. Look for Phoebe (Safari Stampede Fade To Black), Aasha (Safari Stampede Rhapsody In Black), McKenna (“Kenni”) (Safari Stampede Siddhis Black Dahlia), Scarlett (Safari Stampede Scarlett Noir), and Dolly (Blackjack N’ Kleingaul Patty Play Pal) as they debut in the ring in 2026. It promises to be a fun year ahead.
